What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Build lasting customer relationships by understanding individual needs and recommending appropriate State Farm Property & Casualty products.
- Educate and support clients through policy reviews, coverage explanations, and proactive communication.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional State Farm products, such as Life, Health, or Financial Services, to provide complete protection solutions.
What You Bring
Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain one quickly).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated and goal-oriented, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus).

Compensation: $36,000.00 per year
