RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- Find opportunities within our current customer base to help them with other products.
- Work directly with the Agent to set appointments and deepen customer relationships.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Communication and problem-solving abilities.
