ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Tracy Tucker Insurance Agency Inc, we believe in making a difference in our clients’ lives by offering trusted insurance guidance with a personal touch. We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of insurance sales and client service. As a Sales Intern, you’ll work closely with our licensed agents and office team to support day-to-day sales activities, connect with prospects, and contribute to our Agency growth. This is a great opportunity to develop professional communication skills, learn the fundamentals of insurance sales, and explore a potential career path in the industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with generating leads and making outbound calls to potential clients
 • Follow up on quotes, referrals, and marketing campaigns
 • Support licensed agents with appointment setting and customer outreach
 • Participate in community and networking events as needed
 • Help manage CRM data and update prospecting reports
 • Maintain a positive and professional image of the agency

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 • Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
 • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 • Comfortable on the phone and open to learning sales techniques
 • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required
