As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Adam Klemp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers and prospects with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer and prospect inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions.
- Use needs based quoting to best match products to prospect needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred, but not required
- Growth mindset
- Self-motivated
- Result focused
Compensación: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
