RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish customer relationships and follow-up with customers, as needed.
• Provide customer support by educating customers about different insurance options.
• Develop leads using various channels for new clients, identify customers’ needs and market appropriate products and services.
• Perform other clerical and receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting guests, filing and data entry.
• Provide remarkable service for retention
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - manage customer insurance accounts and update information
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
