Customer Service Representative – Insurance with In-Book Sales Opportunities
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses + Licensing Support Available

Deliver Exceptional Service. Discover Growth Through Sales. Build a Career That Matters.

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping others—but also thrives when there’s an opportunity to grow and earn more? If you’re looking to build a career in a professional, people-first environment with the added bonus of in-book sales opportunities, this is your next step.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who excels at relationship building and is eager to develop professionally. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day client support while identifying opportunities to offer additional coverage and protection from within our existing client base. This is more than a customer service job—it’s a chance to become a trusted resource in your community while gaining valuable sales experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer customer questions and provide prompt, friendly service

  • Assist with policy updates, changes, and claims support

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions

  • Support customer retention by identifying opportunities to enhance coverage or provide additional services

  • Collaborate with licensed team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Grow into more sales-focused responsibilities based on performance and interest

Who You Are:

  • A strong communicator who listens with empathy and responds with professionalism

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in managing daily tasks

  • Driven to grow, learn, and contribute to a winning team

  • Customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus)

  • Confident and comfortable having consultative conversations around insurance products

Licensing Requirement:
This position requires a Property & Casualty insurance license. If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain one within a specified timeframe. Employment is contingent upon obtaining the required license, and licensing support may be provided to qualified candidates.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses

  • Paid training and licensing assistance

  • Opportunity to advance into sales or account management roles

  • Supportive and team-oriented agency environment

  • Make a real impact by helping clients feel protected and supported

If you're ready to deliver meaningful service while stepping into the world of insurance sales, apply today and become part of something rewarding.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
