As our Remote Insurance Account Representative, you will be integral to daily operations and client success—building relationships, coordinating with agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products. You’ll conduct virtual policy reviews, resolve complex customer issues over the phone or video, and drive retention and growth through both warm and cold leads. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and video conferencing to drive retention and growth
- Conduct virtual policy reviews and offer tailored recommendations for auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Use your product knowledge to explain, recommend, and sell policies to both warm and cold leads
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals
- Uphold a strong work ethic and total commitment to integrity, success, and our agency’s culture every day
Qualifications & Remote Success Factors
- 1+ years of State Farm sales experience
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship‑building skills
- Self‑discipline, time‑management, and reliability in a fully remote setting
- Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems, video conferencing, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- A dedicated home office setup with reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace
