RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Managing a pipeline in our agency's account management system, following up with all prospects accordingly
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, ensuring accurate underwriting of new and existing polices
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products and rules for our industry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have or be able to obtain Alabama P&C and L&H insurance licenses
- Must be committed to operating ethically and be a team player
- Must have an outgoing personality

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per week
