We’re hiring a Customer Relations Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is open to learning the insurance business. You'll start with a base salary and earn commissions for helping customers with the right coverage solutions.

Not licensed yet? We’ll guide and support you through the process to become fully licensed in Life & Health insurance.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a helpful, reliable point of contact for customers

  • Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle policy service requests

  • Build and maintain accurate customer records

  • Support retention efforts and identify sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience

  • Learn to present insurance solutions that protect what matters most to your clients

What You Bring

  • Customer service or sales experience 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach

  • Comfort with multitasking in a dynamic environment

  • A sales-friendly mindset – you like helping people make smart choices

  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (required post-hire – training and support provided)
