ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a critical role in helping clients plan for their financial future. Using your Series 6 and 63 licenses, you will meet with customers to conduct personalized financial reviews and offer tailored retirement planning solutions through State Farm’s suite of financial products.

Using your Series 6 and 63 licenses, you will meet with customers to conduct personalized financial reviews and offer tailored retirement planning solutions through State Farm’s suite of financial products.
Your primary focus will be guiding clients through retirement strategies, while ensuring alignment with their long-term goals. This role combines financial expertise, relationship-building, and proactive sales skills to create meaningful, long-term value for each customer.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active Series 6 and 63 Licenses (Required)
- Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or investment sales
- Strong knowledge of retirement planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Experience conducting one-on-one financial appointments preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and complete structured financial appointments with customers
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of client financial needs and goals
- Present and recommend State Farm retirement planning products
- Educate clients on saving strategies, investment options, and risk management
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all recommendations and sales
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with team members to identify cross-sell opportunities in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
