ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a REMOTE Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Gann - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You MUST have a minimum 2 years prior experience working in a State Farm Insurance Agency
- You must have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service every day
- You must be people oriented with desire to help customers in an efficient, polite, and friendly way
- You must be proactive in problem solving and work to find solutions
- You must be proficient with ECRM. Experience with Policy Modernization a plus
- Colorado Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Licenses are required
- This position is an in-office or remote position. If remote, you must be able to work on Mountain time 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
COMPENSATION:
- You will earn a minimum of $55,000 per year with additional opportunity for commissions and bonuses paid based on your individual production and performance
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
