What You’ll Do:

Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers to offer insurance and financial solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and follow-through
Uncover customer needs and recommend tailored products that deliver real value
Manage policy changes, renewals, and service inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Collaborate with a dynamic team to exceed individual and agency sales goals

What You Bring to the Table:

Licensed in Arizona for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance (required)
Proven success in sales, with a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High energy, positive attitude, and goal-driven work ethic
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Gilbert, AZ.
I have been a State Farm agent since 1998.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of University of Iowa.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
