Your Role: Insurance Account Representative (Sales Focus)

As a key team member, you'll help drive agency growth by building relationships, consulting with clients, and recommending insurance solutions that protect what matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert leads through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
  • Provide consultative insurance recommendations based on client needs
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Contribute to a professional, customer-focused team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing: Property & Casualty license required before starting. Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Sales Experience: A strong track record in sales, ideally within insurance or financial services.
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
  • Customer Focus: Committed to delivering exceptional client service and building trust.
  • Technology Skills: Comfortable working with CRMs, email, and digital tools in a Windows environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 annually
