As an Insurance Account Representative for Steve Smeltz State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Insurance sales leads are developed from our existing book of business as well as external insurance quote leads provided by the agency and State Farm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Self-motivated, self-starter
Compensation: $32,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
