ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Leon Gobczysnki’s State Farm agency is seeking a motivated sales professional to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, health, and life insurance. Are you someone who is organized, dedicated to building strong relationships, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As a team member, you will improve the lives of our customers by marketing products and serving as a liaison between the customer needs and agency departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promote insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Assist with social media/marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Self-starter, takes initiative. 
  • Able to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
