ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Leon Gobczysnki’s State Farm agency is seeking a motivated sales professional to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, health, and life insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Achieve targeted sales goals.
- Assist with social media/marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Self-starter, takes initiative.
- Able to work and thrive in a team environment.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
