- Proactively generate new business by identifying and following up on sales leads
- Conduct policy reviews and provide quotes to close sales with new and existing clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
- Educate clients on insurance options and recommend coverage to meet their needs
- Handle policy changes, claims assistance, and service requests
- Collaborate with a high-energy team that’s focused on success and driven by results
🧩 What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related fields preferred
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for sales and building client relationships
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a goal-driven environment
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance (or willing to obtain)
