RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Taking payments.
- Understanding and helping customers with billing questions
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's request.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Multi-Screen / Multi-computer software task ability.
- Computer skills with Teams, Outlook, computer texting, customer relationship software.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
