What You’ll Do:
  • Build Relationships: Establish meaningful connections with customers and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
  • Deliver Top-Notch Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policies, claims, billing, and more.
  • Educate & Inform: Use a needs-based review process to help customers understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
  • Drive Business Growth: Showcase your communication skills and customer-focused mindset to help grow our business while exceeding customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Sales Savvy: Previous sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Become a licensed professional: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
  • Marketing Enthusiasm: A proactive interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer needs.

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
