What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Establish meaningful connections with customers and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.
- Deliver Top-Notch Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policies, claims, billing, and more.
- Educate & Inform: Use a needs-based review process to help customers understand their insurance options and make informed decisions.
- Drive Business Growth: Showcase your communication skills and customer-focused mindset to help grow our business while exceeding customer expectations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Sales Savvy: Previous sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Become a licensed professional: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.

Compensation: $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
