Join our State Farm® Agent Aspirant Program—a rigorously supported path that prepares high‑potential professionals to open and own their own State Farm agency. You’ll begin in a producer role driving sales and relationship growth while mastering the skills, licensing, and leadership competencies required to run a multi‑line insurance and financial‑services office.
 
What You’ll Do
    •    Drive revenue: Prospect, qualify, and close new business for auto, homeowners, life, health and small‑business insurance, plus State Farm Bank® products.
    •    Advise & educate: Conduct needs‑based consultations that protect customers’ assets, incomes, and futures.
    •    Build a book: Develop a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, community events, and digital outreach.
    •    Deliver service excellence: Provide prompt, personalized support that earns loyalty and five‑star reviews.
    •    Lead locally: Represent State Farm at civic organizations, chambers of commerce, and charity initiatives.
    •    Grow into ownership: Complete a structured development plan—licensing, product mastery, agency operations, recruiting, and P&L management—culminating in an interview for your own agency contract.
 
What Success Looks Like
    •    Consistent attainment of monthly premium and financial‑services targets
    •    Demonstrated customer‑centric sales process and retention metrics
    •    Effective use of CRM & lead‑generation tools
    •    Active community presence and brand ambassadorship
    •    Completion of all Agent Aspirant milestones on schedule

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
