ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Multi-line Account representative for Jay Ellett State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Consult customers with comprehensive insurance options.
- Assist customers with insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have or be able to obtain auto & fire and life & health insurance licenses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical business practices
