RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services; and make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Achieve sales goals through new business sales and cross-selling existing customers.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Spanish Communication skills including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must currently possess or be able to earn MD Property & Casualty Insurance License.
MORE INFORMATION:
- This role is with Jessica Hickey, an agent for State Farm. Employment would be with the agent, not the company of State Farm.
- This role includes a base salary, commissions, and bonuses. Employees can elect to participate in the retirement plan, and agent will match up to 3% of contributions.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) for holidays, vacation, sick, and family growth leave. PTO days increase with tenure.
- Our office is located at 8541 Fort Smallwood Rd, Pasadena, MD-in the Rock Creek Shopping Center.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
