ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Virginia Chan State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Service may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented and able to multitask
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
