What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing exceptional service to current customers and assisting in identifying and connecting with potential new customers.
- Greeting customers with a smile—whether in person or over the phone—and connecting them with the right team members.
- Keeping our office running smoothly by managing appointments and communications like a pro.
- Handling inquiries and keeping customer records neat and tidy.
- Chatting with customers (new and returning!) to help them find the perfect insurance fit.
- Providing top-notch customer service and following up to keep everyone happy.
- Pitching in with fun projects and team tasks that keep things exciting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong computer skills beyond the basics.
- Friendly, outgoing, and great at talking with people.
- Super organized and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Comfortable jumping into sales conversations and sharing your enthusiasm.
- Experience is not required if you have the above qualities and a passion to learn.

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
