As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ezra Teshome - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Proactive customer communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Results-oriented and goal-focused professional.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Must be able to obtain necessary insurance licensing
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
