RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients to foster trust and encourage referrals.
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalizing recommendations.
- Identifying and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
- Educate prospects about risk management and the importance or proper insurance coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing policies and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong sales acumen, including negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in dealing with clients and handling sensitive information.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
