As an Insurance Account Representative for John McGee State Farm, you will be an integral part of the growth strategy for our Agency. Your sole responsibility will be to utilize your individual marketing skills as well as our existing marketing tactics to generate new business. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Current Ohio Property and Casualty license as well as 1-3 years' experience in insurance sales. This is an hourly position that includes a commission structure, paid time off the first year, and eligibility to participate in a retirement plan with company match.

- Daily prospecting to attract new customers to State Farm.
- Identifying the needs of the customers and matching the appropriate policies to match those needs.
- Utilize your individual referrals to market to new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in an effort to work as an effective team member.
- Understand how your production fits into the overall Agency strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current OH Property and Casualty License required.
- 1-3 Years in previous insurance sales role required.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Daily attendance and reliability are required.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
