ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This could be a fantastic opportunity for a college student or stay-at-home parent looking for a great paying office job with the flexibly to work around their schedule. The ideal candidate can create their own 10-25 hr per week schedule to assist us in dialing and texting prospective customers to connect them with our licensed sales team. You will exclusively be contacting people who have previously inquired about getting a competitive quote, so these would be considered warm contacts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to connect them with a licensed representative who can further assist them.
Txt and email follow-up information behind previously quoted households
Assist in entering basic prospect information into our computer system for follow-up by our sales team
Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Motivated self-starter is a must
Great verbal and written communication
Professional conduct and appearance
Previous experience in an office or retail setting

PAY & BONUS

Fixed Pay Rate of $15/hr
Bonus payable of $5 per call transfer which doubles to $10 if the transfer results in a sales
Expectation is to successfully transfer 1-3 calls per hour which should result in a total pay of at least $20/hr and likely $25-$35/hr

Compensation: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
