In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their individual insurance needs, and providing personalized guidance and support.
- Insurance Consultation: Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of their policies and benefits.
- Sales Generation and Targets: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such office walk-ins, referrals, current customers, cold calling, networking events, and other lead generating methods. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently contributing to the achievement of team and company revenue goals.
- Quoting and Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate insurance quotes and proposals based on clients' needs and preferences, effectively presenting the value and benefits of the offered insurance products.
- Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients, maximizing their coverage and overall satisfaction.
- 1-3 years sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Bilingual: Spanish required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients meet their insurance needs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Salary plus commission/bonus
