Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Sales Support team member to join our vibrant office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the insurance industry with potential for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and processing insurance applications.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor policy renewals and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
