ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Gene Fortier is searching for an extremely positive and kind person who can handle a front desk/receptionist position in our lobby.
As our receptionist/team member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trend will equip you to communicate directly with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gene Fortier is searching for an extremely positive and kind person who can handle a front desk/receptionist position in our lobby.
As our receptionist/team member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trend will equip you to communicate directly with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Manage all late pay clients, help assists with filing claims and normal day to day questions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be customer service oriented and have excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field required.
- Must have a property and casualty license.
