Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and convert leads into customers through effective outreach, follow-up, and closing strategies

  • Build and maintain client relationships by delivering exceptional service and regular policy reviews

  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and financial products to meet those needs

  • Conduct in-book sales and cross-sell opportunities by proactively identifying gaps in coverage

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed performance targets

  • Comfortable working with both warm and cold leads in a fast-paced environment

  • Licensed or willing to obtain required state insurance licenses (we provide guidance and support)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus

  • Bilingual abilities can expand your client reach and income potential

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
