ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Elliot Ettenborough - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve agency goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the team to ensure consistent performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive retention and expand referral networks.
- Conduct policy reviews, assess client needs, and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Proactively market and cross-sell products to warm and cold leads.
- Oversee customer issue resolution and ensure a positive client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Proven experience in management, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
Compensation: $60,000.00 per year
