What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for clients—resolving issues, answering questions, and providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Identify unmet customer needs and educate them on products and services that protect what matters most.
- Assist with customer retention initiatives and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and agency growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure policy changes are processed efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support across all departments.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales (insurance experience a plus).

Licensing Requirement:
Applicants must either hold a current Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain licensure. Support and guidance will be provided for the licensing process.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
