What You’ll Do:
- Build, manage, and retain a strong client portfolio through relationship-based selling and trusted guidance.
- Conduct tailored financial consultations that lead to sales of insurance, retirement, and investment products.
- Identify gaps in coverage or financial plans and recommend personalized solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest financial services and insurance products to position yourself as a trusted expert.
- Maintain follow-up strategies that foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales roles.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

- Active insurance licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain with our support).
