What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with prospective and current customers to drive new business and strengthen retention.

  • Conduct personalized insurance consultations to identify coverage gaps and match clients with the right products.

  • Manage policy updates, changes, and renewals with a strong focus on cross-selling and upselling.

  • Follow up on inbound leads and actively prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound strategies.

  • Support claims processes while reinforcing the value of continued coverage and agency support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated self-starter with a hunter’s mentality and strong closing instincts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build rapport and influence.

  • Previous sales or insurance experience preferred (but not required if you’re coachable and competitive).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing client accounts.

  • Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licensing (we’ll help guide you through the process).
