ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jennifer Gann - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding eligbility, coverages, claim submission, and billing clarification
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
- Adaptations of skills necessary to operate a business
- In-Office Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must obtain Colorado Insurance License for Property, Casualty, Life and Health
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
