As an Account Manager for Adam McCarty, State Farm Agent you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our agency by building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences with our existing policy holders. - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to insurance options, coverage details, policy updates, claims, billing, and more.

- Leverage your consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices, celebrate wins, and grow professionally.
