Position Overview:
We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Staff Agent to join our team in a combined sales and service role. You’ll assist customers with their insurance needs, prospect for new clients, and provide personalized solutions. This position is ideal for someone with insurance agency experience or someone ready to build on a rewarding career in insurance—or the right person with non- insurance related sales and service experience who is eager to learn.

Who Should Apply:

  • Licensed insurance professionals with experience or a strong background in sales and service are encouraged to apply.
  • Non-Experienced Candidates with transferable skills and from related industries (sales, customer service, financial services, etc.) who are motivated to obtain their insurance license and grow in this career.
  • Individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people.
