Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy inquiries, updates, and coverage reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Conduct needs-based policy evaluations to ensure clients have appropriate coverage.
  • Identify and recommend additional in-book insurance solutions that benefit customers.
  • Assist clients with claims support and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Generate referrals and strengthen agency growth through proactive client engagement.
Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or account management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-driven, client-focused environment.
  • Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must meet state insurance licensing requirements (we’ll help guide you through the process).
