MARKETING INTERN & MEDIA MANAGER - Neri Insurance & Financial, Elbridge

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

If you have a knack for creating content, are passionate about social media, and have a good understanding of digital marketing - this might be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a marketing intern you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the insurance and financial industry while working closely with our lead agents on growth strategies.

You will interact with the general public and industry partners through events, conferences, outreach campaigns, and online communication.

This position is a paid internship with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule and ours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to enhance our online presence.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Help with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Assist with other marketing tasks as needed, such as email marketing, blog writing, and event coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop etc.) 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
