JOB DESCRIPTION: 
The insurance and financial industry accounts for some of the highest income earning job opportunities in sales.

This position suits an individual that is ready to elevate their sales career and is motivated by the reward of significant earnings and compensation.

As a sales associate in our agency, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue. 
Your earning potential is unlimited, as our commission structure is designed to reward hard work and success.

Our firm's sales approach follows one simple rule - Putting the clients' interests at the center of every recommendation, every time. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase products/services.
  • Consult prospects with comprehensive insurance and financial options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM systems.
  • Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and driven by financial success.
  • Ability to make a high volume of calls and engage with potential clients effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive base salary (DOE) with an attractive commission structure.
  • Incentives and bonuses for top performers.
  • Company profit share for attained goals and metrics.
  • Sponsorship for insurance & financial services licensing.

 
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
