Position Overview:
To oversee all office daily functions ensuring workflow and employee productivity are maximized to sustain continued agency growth and employee development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT
    • Build relationship with the team and provide daily on-the-spot training and coaching.
    • Assist in staff assessment, weekly one-one-ones, lead team meetings and report findings back to Agent
    • Point person for Agent to deliver messages to team on priorities
    • Back-end office administration to include office scheduling, PTO requests, payroll, commission reports
    • Assist in hiring, employee onboarding, training, and evaluations
    • Finalize monthly commission and chargebacks (assist sales team with Underwriting issues)
    • Monthly compliance monitoring for sales team - EUR, input report, low mileage
    • Point of contact for any internal employee issues
  • SALES DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT
    • Develop and retain commercial accounts to include commercial servicing and follow up
    • Ensure entire team “wins the day” and on pace to hit promotions and team bonus
    • Responsible to coach sales team to hit commission targets and daily expectations.
    • Quote all product lines as licensed for and follow-up with customers to close sales.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Promote and effectively sell company products and supplies using established company sales techniques.
    • Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing information as requested.
    • Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
    • Understand and support established sales policies and procedures.
    • Process all paperwork for orders to include quotes, applications, and related documentation.
    • Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
