ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing and Customer Service Representative for the Macon State Farm agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. We will value you and your skills. Work for yourself, not by yourself! Part time initially until company paid Property/Casualty licensed obtained within 60 days of hire. Life/Health within 90 days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Market small business owners and apartment leasing ma
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Technic al computer skills required
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Our office is open 9-5 Monday-Friday Evenings and Saturdays by appontment.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- I am a proud graduate of Florida State University and Bowling Green State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 65+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
