This isn’t a traditional admin-focused receptionist / executive assistant role – the role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Support Customer Engagement efforts by enabling the sales organization to provide customers with expanded product options
- A general understanding of and appreciation for the driven, results-oriented mindset of an entrepreneur.
- Act as the point of contact between our Agent and clients.
- Complete sales transactions for the Agent.
- Handle high-level customer service issues that require consistent follow-through & follow-up
- Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
- Produce high quality emails and messages to customers
- A varied enough background to support a fast-growing company.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
- Min 3 years prior experience in an executive assistant, receptionist or customer service role.
- Prior sales experience or experience is a sales organization is helpful
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty License
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
- Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days)
- $32,000 - $35,000 Annual Base Pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
- Base pay is determined by interview & experience level
