As an Account Representative for Tatiana Vogelaar State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ Sales experience.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Strong communication skills a must.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
