ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Doug Fishers State Farm Insurance Agency is looking to add a new team member. Agency was established in 1991 and our goal is to provide great customer service while helping our customers make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs. As a customer service representative in my agency you will become a vital part of helping us grow, while providing much needed direct personal service to our valued customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
