As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janet Fernandez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving as a dedicated State Farm agent, helping individuals manage risk and protect their financial futures. One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been mentoring and nurturing the growth of team members and interns. I’m passionate about empowering others to build successful careers in insurance, business, and financial services. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of guiding many on their professional journeys—three of whom have gone on to become local State Farm agents themselves. Their accomplishments fill me with immense pride and reinforce my commitment to supporting the next generation of industry leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Property & Casualty License (must be obtained before hire).
Life & Health License (must be obtained before hire)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
