ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jennifer Warren - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
Our office is located in Boston, NY, and we serve the greater Erie County area—including Hamburg, Orchard Park, Eden, Colden, and Glenwood. As a lifelong resident with roots in Boston, Hamburg, and Eden, I began my State Farm journey in high school and have been proudly serving customers since 1991. My team and I are committed to providing friendly, knowledgeable service—often with help from our two beloved office dogs!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Provide information on insurance products and services.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Sign on Bonus:
P&C license is needed to work in the office, if a license is not currently held, I will pay up to $3000 sign on bonus after P&C is completed, with 1/2 included in first paycheck and 2nd half at 60 days.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Boston NY, 3 miles south of Hamburg NY.
- Our office is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday and evenings by appointments.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2002.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club
