Position Overview:
Are you a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Manager to join our State Farm agency team. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, but candidates must reside locally and be available for occasional in-person meetings or training.

This position offers the flexibility to work from home, but candidates must reside locally and be available for occasional in-person meetings or training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing policyholders
- Assist with sales of insurance products including auto, home, life, and more
- Process policy changes, answer coverage questions, and follow up on leads
- Build relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction with their insurance needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with State Farm and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English – required
- Must currently live in or near Frederick, MD.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude
- Prior insurance experience preferred but not required

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
