We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a PART-TIME Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional administrative support. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must obtain General Lines Property & Casualty License.
- Must obtain General Lines Life & Health License.
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
